Personally not a fan of using a pacifier but inevitably I have to use it as he was always sucking his hands and kept on asking fees even though I had just finished feeding him he was being overfed so I ended up useing it. Major draw back it creates Nipple confusion, I need to keep cleaning it by boiling with hot water and most difficult is it creates gas in tummy. Product is good quality but it is not ok for me
